ANZAC Day at The Dolphin is a time to come together, raise a glass, and take part in one of Australia’s great pub traditions.
Once again, we’re transforming the Dining Room into the biggest 2Up ring in Surry Hills, hosted by our very own Sammy Sirianni and David ‘Champy’ Champ.
From 10am, settle in with the iciest of ice cold Aussie beers, the return of our ‘RSL’ Sambo, and a sausage sizzle firing on the terrace. A short and sharp menu of Dolphin classics will also be available throughout the day.
Donations on the day will go to Legacy Sydney.

Maffra-based winemaker, Xavier Goodridge, is heading to the Dolphin for a PA PA wine list takeover. Swing by on Wednesday 6th August to try his unique PA PA wine range at this exclusive pop-up.
As usual, the Delfino Pizzeria will be firing, so you can pair your PA PA wine with a slice of Sydney’s finest wood fired pizza.

Join us for a Melbourne Cup celebration like no other, featuring the best of The Dolphin’s food + drink + music.
Your ticket includes:
Extensive platters by Executive Chef Danny Corbett and a drinks list featuring Champagne on arrival, a list of free-flowing innovative cocktails by Bars Director Josh Reynolds, a selection of wine & tap beers, and CAPI non-alcoholic beverages & mixers.
Multiple TV screens positioned across all areas of the hotel so there will be no shortage of space for all to enjoy a good view of the race.
