“Italian influence is expressed in the menu through Italian classic cocktails as well as the ingredients used. Including more refreshing and crushable drinks was definitely front and centre when I was creating the list.”
“It’s hard to pick out a favourite, but to have our house margarita (the Sicilian margarita) tequila, limoncello, fresh lemon and Sichuan outsell hardcore classics like the Aperol Spritz and Negroni week in week out is something special.”
