DRNKS, everyone’s favourite wine delivery service slash, brick and mortar bottleshop inside The George Hotel in Waterloo together with Toby Wilson, head chef of aforementioned George Hotel – are bringing the tried and tested marriage of tacos and natty wines to the Dolphin Wine Room!

The evolving collection of sustainable, organic, and biodynamic wines of Joel’s favourite flavours will be free flowing in abundance with a selection of the ‘Taco King’, Toby Wilson (aka The Mexican) snacks for the Delfino gringo drongos.

Come down to the Wine Room this upcoming 20th October and join Monty, Marie and James in the gravelpit feat. rare natural nangs.

Aperitivo Hour has been at the very heart of the Wine Room since the inception of the hotel just over a year ago. The concept has been based on Maurice’s experience and groundbreaking work at The Melbourne Wine Room in The George Hotel in Melbourne, which is to build a place of quality service, impeccable product and in as many words circle back to what ‘real hospitality’ is.

In its simplest form, the concept is very well priced drinks and delicious plates of super-value snacks from Sunday to Thursday, 5-7pm priced at a super-reasonable $5-7.
