In this enormously popular series, we’re taking you on a nostalgic trip to Italy every week in May and June,
bringing back the classic Delfino pastas that you know and love.
Join us as we kick off week 1 with a decadent Bucatini all’Amatriciana, in week 3 for the lord of all ragu, the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, week 5 for a proper Spaghetti Carbonara, or week 8 for the grand finale: the 70’s icon, Tortiglioni alla Vodka.
