A night of food + wine from the Jura

An intimate dinner in the Dolphin Wine Room, taking you on a guided sensory tour of the notorious food, wine and culture of the region of Jura, France. Hosted by James Hird and Marie-Sophie.

The evening will be hosted by Dolphin Hotel’s sommelier, Marie-Sophie and Wine Director James Hird, guiding you through an education on the Jura; the terroir, the culture, the wine and the food of the region’s legendary French vintner’s, drink makers and chefs.

The 40-seat intimate and immersive 4-course dinner of classiqué French dishes, by Tom Deadman & Monty Koludrovic, will be matched with an 8-glass wine list, taking you straight to the provincial wineries and eateries of the Jura countryside.

We’ll be pouring the very best of producers like Ganevat, Labet, Overnoy, Les Dolomies and Bornard on the night.
