Our comrades, chef James MacDonald with Anthony Moore & Andy Tyson from Hubert Restaurant are back again in the Dolphin gravel pit together with Monty Koludrovic and Tom Deadman turning up the Francais levels to eleven for Bastille Day! Think big French chef hats, clip-on bow ties, big bold wines, rich snacks. Trust us, it will be oozing of obnoxious French patriotism. So much so, Hubert are bringing the self-titled big brass band to belt out some Franco classiques.
Join us this upcoming Bastille Day in the Wine Room for some special Hubert-esque snacks and sips from James and the Hubert crew in collaboration with our own Frenchy Marie-Sophie and wine director James Hird.
