Come down to the Wine Room on Sunday 1st December and join us to celebrate Monty Koludrovic‘s Last Supper as we farewell him after his legendary stint at The Dolphin Hotel!
To make this the send-off he truly deserves, we’re extending the hours of Delfino Aperitivo and inviting his besties to rub shoulders in the gravel pit and pump out some last meal-esque snacks that will really get the farewell tears flowing 🙁
We’ll have snacks by CJ from A1 Canteen/ Automata, Hongy from a long list of legendary Merivale restaurants including the newly re-opened Lotus 2.0 in Potts Point, The Venezuelans – the very regular Aperitivo legends from Table 40 with a mad snack game, O Tama together with Mat Carey from Sri Lankan eatery Lankan Filling Station. Is that enough of s snack party? Well, it’s most likely not going to end there, as we’ll have any number of food and drink masters making appearance in the kitchen to lend a hand.
On the drinks side of things, prepare yourself for a Shubuya Meltdown from the #OGMELTCREW aka Giovanni “Johnny” Paradiso, Morgan “Kryptonite” McGlone, Ritchie “OG” Harkham, Andrew “The Guardfather” Guard and Marcus “Martini” Ambrosino. The boys will be in full force for their release with Richie Harkham’s Harkham Wines.
All of this in the Wine Room. Let the carnage commence. If it so happens to spill out into the Dining Room, then so be it, let’s party.
