The Bitter Phew boys aka Aaron Edwards and Jay Pollard have built themselves a beaut of a beer bar in heart of Oxford St with 12 taps of rotating seasonal good stuff, making the world of craft beer as accessible as can be to Sydneysiders.

They have also ensured the wine selection and food menu are on par with the level of quality they offer in their beers with their sister wine bar ‘Into Phew’ downstairs. So that no matter what you feel like on the night, you are sure to walk away satisfied.

The boys will be lugging up some mini kegs of Cantillon Gueuze, which by the way is very rare and hard to get on tap in Australia, Ekim Pale Ale (their favourite pale ale in Australia) and Pouring by the bottle; 3Fonteinen Geuze (One of the worlds best Geuze).

You can bet the Dolphin Wine Room chefs, Monty Koludrovic and Tom Deadman will be in the kitchen whipping up some snack plates to enjoy these International yeasty boys with. October 6th, from 5-7pm, you know the drill.
