And we’re back! And this time, we’re in the Wine Room exploring the Notorious wine and food regions of Europe with chefs Monty Koludrovic and Tom Deadman taking you directly to the province of Beaujolais, France.

Beaujolais is a French Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée region bordered by Burgundy to the North; the Saône River (which leads to Côtes du Rhône) to the East – Lyon, to the South; and the Monts de Beaujolais on the West.

 James Hird and Marie Sophie will be giving you tasting tour guide through the different varieties of wines and food pairing’s that have made Beaujolais such a notorious and important wine region of eastern France, famous for its vibrant, fruity red wines made from Gamay.

The 40-seat intimate and immersive 4-course dinner of classiqué French dishes, by Tom Deadman & Monty Koludrovic, will be matched with an 8-glass wine list, taking you straight to the provincial wineries and eateries of the Beaujolais countryside.

This is a rare chance to get a bi-monthly masterclass of legendary European vintner’s and drink makers and experience a 4-course set of dishes and 8-glass wine tasting menu that takes you straight to the provincial wineries and eateries of the French countryside.
